6 hours of on ice teaching proper technique and basic fundamentals of giving/receiving a check
3 hours off ice training

G2P Skills/Skating Camp

July 22-26
Peewee/Bantam (2010-2013) 7:30-1 pm
Mite/Squirt (2014-2018) 9:30-3 pm
Each player will receive a binder with off ice stickhandling drills, off ice body weight training program, nutrition info, and more......
10 hours of on ice teaching from NHL, AHL and ECHL instructors
10 hours of off ice training, including plyometrics, agilities, yoga, education on nutrition

Elite D Camp

Tri Town Arena
July 29-31 
2010's and Older
8:30-12 pm
6 hours on ice teaching defensive skating, stick detail, angling, gaping, retrievals, and OZ concepts
3 hours of D specific video before each ice session focusing on clips that correlate with on ice training
