6 hours of on ice teaching proper technique and basic fundamentals of giving/receiving a check
3 hours off ice training

Peewee/Bantam (2012-2015) 7:30-1 pm
Mite/Squirt (2016-2020) 9:30-3 pm
Each player will receive a binder with off ice stickhandling drills, off ice body weight training program, nutrition info, and more......
10 hours of on ice teaching from NHL, AHL and ECHL instructors
10 hours of off ice training, including plyometrics, agilities, yoga, education on nutrition
Cost: $499
